You are working in a hospital and is just alerted about a newborn child who has a PAX6 genetic defect. It seems like it has also influenced the anterior chamber in some way but they aren't too sure what is happening.

You ask the nurse what the defect encompasses, and they tell you that the child looks like they have blue eyes. The eyes are also incredibly large, but one side greater than the other.

You meet up with the other optometrist, who has examined the baby. He said he is unsure about what the condition is, however, he noticed some strange lines near the endothelium of the cornea.

He also notes there may be stromal swelling, and that one eye appears to be less responsive than the other.
Last chance
You finally observe the baby. The eyes are indeed blue.

You decide to measure the pressure of the eye, and find that it is abnormally high.

You will need to break the news to the mother.
