Introduction
Contain yellow poorly defined lesions that can be multifocal and bilateral in nature, but is typically unilateral.
- Due to low grade nature, it is not a very aggressive disease in the choroid
- Affects more males, also typically affecting ages 50-70

Dead Giveaways
OCT:
Reveals 'wavelike' or 'seasick' appearance

Wave-like appearance, which is different from normal choroidal tumours that have a smooth or plateu surface
diagnostic features
Primary Uveal Features:
Decreased vision
Metamorphopsia
Clear vitreous, retina unaffected
Secondary Intraocular/choroidal Lymphomas:
Can be unilateral or bilateral
Decreased vision
Variable appearance, manifesting with:
choroidal thickening
vitreous cells
pseudohypopyon
