Introduction
Endogenous endophthalmitis is due to the spread of bacteria or fungus from the blood from a remote infection side
This is an ocular emergency

Dead Giveaways
Presentation:
Whitish lesions primarily in the choroid, rapidly involving the retina and vitreous
Other signs can include roth spots, flame haemorrhages, CWS, ERM, cystoid macula oedema, optic atrophy and phthisis bulbi
Retinal NV may also occur which is a devastating consequence

Recent invasive surgery
REFER IMMEDIATELY
